Content & Design Specialist

🪴 Part-Time | Remote | $20/hr | ~10 hrs/week

Flourish Digital loves helping small businesses grow their online presence with intentional, creative, and engaging content. We’re looking for a Content & Design Specialist to bring fresh ideas, stunning visuals, and scroll-stopping content to life for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Design social media graphics, carousels, and marketing materials 

• Write engaging captions and social content that match each client’s unique brand voice

• Assist with content planning and scheduling across social platforms

• Organize and manage assets using Google Suite

• Stay up to date on social media trends to help us (and our clients) stand out

• Join us for bi-weekly in-person meetings to brainstorm and strategize

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Canva, CapCut, Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.

• A knack for creating aesthetic and engaging social media content

• Strong writing skills – you know how to craft captions that connect

• A self-starter who can manage projects independently

• A creative mind who loves experimenting with new trends
